Every version uses an 800-volt electrical architecture and a CATL Shenxing TT lithium iron phosphate battery designed for 6C charging.
Five trims are available, spanning rear-wheel-drive efficiency models and a 570-horsepower all-wheel-drive flagship.
The Galaxy TT matters beyond its home market because it shows how quickly technology once associated with premium EVs is moving into less expensive vehicles.
An 800-volt system can reduce current for a given power level, helping charging performance and thermal management.
The real benefit depends on the charging network and software calibration, but making the hardware standard across the range is an ambitious decision.
The announced prices are limited introductory figures for China. They do not translate directly into export prices, and Geely has not confirmed international sales plans for the model.
Taxes, transport, homologation and local equipment could change the number substantially if the TT reaches other markets.
Two batteries and rapid charging claims
Customers can choose a 63.8-kWh or 75.2-kWh LFP battery.

Those are striking figures, but they require a compatible charger, a prepared battery and favorable temperatures.
Average charging power across the session is more informative than the maximum rate alone.
The rear-wheel-drive variants use a 245-kW motor producing approximately 329 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque.
Depending on battery and configuration, official CLTC range is listed at 640 or 725 kilometers.
Launch reports also provide approximate WLTP-equivalent figures of 518 and 587 kilometers, although only formal homologation in a target market would establish the number used for local sales.
The Ultra all-wheel-drive version combines motors for 425 kW, or about 570 horsepower, and accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in a claimed 3.8 seconds.
Its range is listed at 650 kilometers on the CLTC cycle, with a reported WLTP-equivalent estimate near 527 kilometers.
Performance at that level is not necessary for most trips, but it demonstrates the flexibility of the platform.
Chassis technology targets comfort and control
The TT uses an aluminum double-wishbone front suspension and a five-link rear layout.
An optional CCD-based AI Magic Carpet system can adjust damping in response to road conditions and vehicle movement.
The aim is to combine a comfortable ride with body control, an increasingly important challenge as heavy battery packs meet strong electric-motor output.
Geely has also added an active grille and active rear spoiler, reportedly capable of producing up to 508 newtons of aerodynamic force in the relevant configuration.
Active elements can balance cooling and drag more efficiently than fixed openings, closing when the powertrain needs less air and changing position at speed.
Durability, repair cost and calibration will determine whether owners experience the promised benefit over time.
At 4,999 millimeters long with a 2,920-millimeter wheelbase, the Galaxy TT is a substantial sedan.
Its size allows a 528-liter rear trunk and a 110-liter front compartment, while Geely claims 37 interior storage areas.
Practicality is a useful counterweight to the car’s performance headlines.
A cabin built around software
The dashboard combines a 15.4-inch 2.5K central display, a 10.2-inch instrument cluster and a 25.6-inch augmented-reality head-up display.
Geely’s Flyme Auto 2 software handles the main interface.
A multi-screen setup can reduce the need to look away from the road if essential information is placed well, but it can also create distraction when common controls are buried in menus.
The best measure will be usability: how quickly a driver can adjust climate settings, understand charging information and dismiss an unwanted prompt.
Processing speed and graphics matter, yet logical organization matters more. Physical shortcuts for frequent functions remain valuable even in a software-centered cabin.
Driver-assistance hardware depends on trim.
Reported configurations include an H5 system rated at 128 TOPS and an H7 version using Nvidia’s Thor-U processor with up to 700 TOPS and lidar.
Geely describes urban and highway navigation assistance plus automated parking capabilities.
These remain supervised functions; computing power and lidar do not eliminate the driver’s responsibility or guarantee operation on every road.
Why the Galaxy TT deserves attention
Chinese EV competition is rapidly compressing the time between premium innovation and mass-market availability.
The Galaxy TT brings together LFP chemistry, high-voltage charging, sophisticated suspension and powerful computing at a starting price that would be unusual in many global markets.
Even if the car remains China-only, rivals will study the specification and cost structure.
There are important unknowns. Independent range and charging tests are not yet available, introductory pricing may change and international safety or software requirements could alter the vehicle.
Long-term service quality and resale value will take years to establish. Buyers should also compare the more demanding CLTC range cycle carefully with local standards.
Still, the launch is positive for consumers. It increases pressure on manufacturers to offer faster charging and better equipment without reserving them for the most expensive models.
The Galaxy TT’s strongest achievement may not be its 3.8-second acceleration, but the decision to make 800-volt architecture standard.
That turns high-speed charging from a flagship novelty into a feature buyers can begin to expect across a broader part of the market.
